FAQ's

  1. How much coffee do I need per week or month?
Most customers use around 250g of coffee per week for 1–2 cups a day. A 1kg bag usually lasts 3–4 weeks for daily drinkers. If unsure, start with 250g or 500g.

  2. What’s the difference between whole bean and the different grind types?

  • Whole Bean: Maximum freshness and flavour; ideal if you own a grinder.

  • Ground for Moka Pot: Medium-fine grind for stovetop espresso makers; produces a strong, rich brew.

  • Ground for AeroPress: Medium grind tailored to shorter extraction; balanced and smooth.

  • Ground for Cafetière (French Press): Coarse grind to prevent over-extraction and reduce sediment.

  1. How fresh is your coffee?
All coffee is freshly roasted in small batches and sealed immediately after roasting to preserve aroma and flavour.

  2. How do subscriptions work?
Choose your coffee, bag size, and delivery frequency. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel at any time from your account.

  3. Can I cancel my subscription or order?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no fees. One-off orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  4. Do you grind coffee based on my brewing method?
Yes. Select Moka Pot, AeroPress, or Cafetière when adding your product to cart, and it will be ground accordingly.

  5. What are your delivery charges?
We offer a flat delivery rate of £4.99 on all orders. This provides the best value no matter where the coffee comes from or which supplier fulfils it.

  6. How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid fridges and freezers, as moisture can affect flavour and quality.
